We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

1. Return Window

  • You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn;
  • In original packaging with all tags attached;
  • Free of damage caused by the customer;
  • Not classified as final sale (see exclusions below).

Non-returnable items: personal protective equipment (e.g., helmets) that has been worn or used, items marked “final sale”, gift cards, and downloadable products.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@owmoto.com or via our Contact page with your order number;
  2. We will provide a return authorization and the return address;
  3. Pack the item securely, include the original packaging and your order details;
  4. Ship the item using a trackable method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • The original shipping cost is refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective item.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order, or contact us for assistance.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If you’ve done both and still have not received the refund, contact us at support@owmoto.com.
